Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Elizabelle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We only ship to the island of Ireland and orders are fulfilled by Fastway Couriers. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Elizabelle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition with all packaging and tags intact. The products must be free of any wear and in the case of soft furnishings – free from household or other odours.
Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error or on our part because it is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return delivery.
